💳 Payment Policy

Effective Date: 01/27/2026

By placing an order with Sugar & Style, you agree to the following payment terms:

1. Payment Methods

Sugar & Style accepts approved electronic payments, cash (if applicable), and other methods as communicated at time of purchase.

2. Deposits & Full Payment

• Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and begin production
• Remaining balance must be paid no later than [48–72 hours] before pickup or delivery
• Orders not paid in full by the deadline may be canceled without refund of deposit

3. Walk-In & Standard Bakery Items

• Payment is due at time of purchase
• All food items are final sale

4. Late Payments

Failure to submit payment by the agreed deadline may result in:

• Order cancellation
• Forfeiture of deposit
• Release of reserved date/time slot

5. No-Shows & Abandoned Orders

Orders not picked up within 24 hours of scheduled time may be considered abandoned and will not be refunded.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Sugar & Style directly regarding any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized disputes may result in refusal of future service.
