Return & Refund Policy

By purchasing from Sugar & Style, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Perishable Goods (Baked Items & Food Products)

All baked goods and food items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds due to their perishable nature and health regulations.

If an order is incorrect, damaged, or defective at the time of receipt, the customer must notify Sugar & Style within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Upon review, Sugar & Style reserves the right to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion.

2. Non-Perishable Gift Items

Non-food merchandise may be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase if:

• Item is unused and in original condition
• Proof of purchase is provided

Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at the discretion of Sugar & Style.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• All baked goods and food products
• Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items
• Clearance or final sale merchandise
• Opened or used products

4. Order Cancellations

Orders for custom items or baked goods may not be canceled once preparation or production has begun. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Custom Order Agreement

By placing a custom order (including cakes, dessert boxes, specialty treats, or personalized gifts), the customer agrees that:

• Design variations may occur due to handmade production
• Flavor, color, and decoration differences are not grounds for refunds
• Approval of order details constitutes acceptance of final product outcome

Once work has begun, the order is considered binding and non-refundable.

6. Allergy Disclaimer

Sugar & Style operates in a kitchen that may use or process:

Milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other common allergens.

While precautions are taken, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for notifying Sugar & Style of any allergies prior to ordering. Sugar & Style is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from consumption of products.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sugar & Style shall not be responsible for:

• Personal taste preferences
• Minor design or color variations
• Reactions due to undisclosed allergies
• Improper storage after pickup or delivery

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
